During next Berlin Fashion Week the fourth 'COLLECT - Showroom for contemporary fashion' will take place!
For the first time, Arne Eberle press+sales' showroom will present itself in collaboration with the fashion- and lifestyle trade show (capsule) as "Show in Show" at the location 'Alte Münze'.

The collection of the Berlin-based knitweat label Maiami consists of handknitted sweaters, cardigans and accessories with a modern and unique impression.
Maiami combines the traditional handcraft with modernity and the spirit of the time by using colours and images as well as by their interesting mix of knit with other materials.

this time the strting point + inspiration of the collection originates from Don Cherry’s album ‘Codona’ recorded with fellow musicians Collin Walcott and Nana Vasconcelos. Here, band members used the first two letters of their names to create the album title.
for this collection, the Japanese words Otona (Adult) and Codomo (Child) are combined to create the word ‘Codona.’ The Codona collection refers to the adult who retains the curiosity, the openess and the playfulness of a child without hte prejudice learnt in later life. the collection is variable and playful but mature at the same time. It shows variations of inside out and upside down, playing with forms and colors while leaving the wearer freedom to experiment.
Who?
Svenja Specht – a product and fashion designer and creator of Reality Studio (founded in 2005) with previous experiences worknig worldwide in Paris, Cologne, and Beijing. She now lives and works in Berlin.
What?
Women’s wear. Signature pieces from AW10/11 include: transformable zip jackets and trousers, variable press button wraps in strong colors, reversible coats, playful accessories.
Why?
